The TCXV aspirator for plastic waste

The BIEMMEDUE TCXV aspirator is specifically designed and developed for the separation of metal shavings and waste from lubricants and oil produced by lathes, milling machines, drills, etc.

Thanks to the powerful turbine it is supplied with, this industrial vacuum cleaner easily recovers all the metal shavings and waste material mixed with oil, while the special stainless steel device, inserted in the recovery tank, separates the metal shavings and scraps from the 'oil.

The metal waste is then ready for recycling and disposal, while the recovered oil is easily drained from the tank through a drain pipe or an external pump (optional) that pumps even over long distances.

Special accessories (such as oil-resistant hoses and nylon filters to protect the standard filter) protect and extend the life of the machine.

In this specific Case Study, the TCXV model, connected to a production line that aspirates plastic waste from the production line, was equipped with an exit bifurcation to allow simultaneous aspiration in two different areas of the line.

Available in a wide power range (from 3hp to 7.5hp), these vacuums are equipped with a star-shaped filter that provides a large filter surface and an efficient filter shaker mechanism. Alternatively, fully automatic filter shaker systems are available on request for cleaning the filter with programmable timers

Models with two-stage turbines connected in parallel provide superior airflow for quickly removing large quantities of dust, while models with two-stage turbines connected in series provide greater suction over long distances for collecting waste, liquids, oils and heavy particles.

Furthermore, multiple units can be installed in series or parallel to provide a network of extraction systems that eliminate dust particles from work surfaces in factories and workshops.
